TSC Releases New Requirements For Deployment Of P1 Teachers To Junior Secondary

Requirements
- Have an energetic registration as a trainer with the TSC
- The trainer should be employed as a major faculty trainer with the TSC
- Should not be at present serving an interdiction or present process a disciplinary course of.
- Have a minimal of a Diploma in Education with a minimal of C+ at KCSE (or its equal) with a C+ in two instructing topics at present being provided within the faculty curriculum (both underneath 8-4-4 or CBC) or two (2) ideas and one (1) subsidiary go at “A” Level.
- Those with a minimal of C (plain) at KCSE (or its equal) and who’ve undertaken a Diploma in Education along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education qualify.
- The diploma certificates should be a Bachelor of Education. Bachelor of Education (Primary Option) holders should not eligible.
