According to the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda, the economic system grew by 8.1% within the third quarter of 2024.
In Q3 of 2024, GDP progress was 8.1 p.c following 9.8 p.c in Q2 and 9.7 p.c in Q1.
Sector carried out as follows: Agriculture elevated by 4 p.c, Industry elevated by 8 p.c, and Services elevated by 10 p.c.
In Q3 of 2024, GDP at present market costs was estimated at Frw 4,806 billion, up from Frw 4,246 billion in Q3 of 2023. Services contributed 49 p.c to GDP, agriculture contributed 24% p.c whereas trade contributed 20% p.c. Net direct taxes accounted for 7 p.c. (End).
