Minister of Foreign Affairs Olivier Nduhungirehe obtained Dr. Gerardine Mukeshimana, Vice President of IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development), for a courtesy name.
Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe and Dr. Gerardine Mukeshimana explored potential alternatives to increase partnership between Rwanda and the IFAD.
IFAD and the Government of Rwanda have been working carefully on plenty of initiatives throughout livestock, crops and post-harvest administration for a number of years.
Before her appointment because the IFAD’s new Vice-President, Dr. Gerardine Mukeshimana was the Rwandan Minister for Agriculture. (End)
