Realtor’s new housing undertaking targets younger patrons
Real property developer, Rocksand Homes has launched into building of part two of its multimillion shillings housing undertaking in Kitengela, Kajiado County concentrating on younger patrons.
The new undertaking follows completion of Phase 1 of the Plains View housing undertaking which consists of 32 three-bedroom bungalows at a price of Ksh 162 million.

We aim to empower them with modern yet affordable housing options that match their aspirations,” mentioned Rocksand Homes General supervisor, Raisa Wamai.
According to Wamai, majority of part 1 patrons at 80pc had been millenials with Gen-Z making up 10pc of the purchases. Older patrons accounted for the remaining 10pc.
“Homeowners also enjoy the flexibility to select from a range of interior finishes including tiles, fittings, and paint colours while choosing between an open or closed kitchen layout, ensuring that each home reflects their style,” added Wamai.
The building of the undertaking is anticipated take between 12 to fifteen months with a beginning worth of Ksh 5.5 million per unit.
