Realtor’s new housing undertaking targets younger patrons
Real property developer, Rocksand Homes has launched into building of part two of its multimillion shillings housing undertaking in Kitengela, Kajiado County concentrating on younger patrons.
The new undertaking follows completion of Phase 1 of the Plains View housing undertaking which consists of 32 three-bedroom bungalows at a price of Ksh 162 million.

According to Wamai, majority of part 1 patrons at 80pc had been millenials with Gen-Z making up 10pc of the purchases. Older patrons accounted for the remaining 10pc.
