Saboti Member of Parliament (MP) Caleb Amisi has defended Trans-Nzoia Governor George Natembeya after he was publicly criticised by Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wah.
Ichung’wah directed his criticism to the governor when he was given an opportunity to talk through the burial of Moses Wetang’ula’s mom in Bungoma on Friday, January 3, 2025.
Natembeya had requested President William Ruto to finish the reported abductions of youth, however Ichung’wah mentioned the governor has no ethical authority to make such a name.
The National Assembly Majority Leader even linked Natembeya to abductions that occurred when he was Rift Valley’s regional commissioner.
