KPA tasks 20pc development in cargo capability this 12 months
The Kenya ports Authority is projecting to deal with 2.2 million twenty-foot equal items (TEUs) by the top of 2024 which is a 20pc development in comparison with final 12 months’s efficiency.
According to the Kenya Ports Authority Managing Director, Captain William Ruto, the port has already dealt with 1.75 million TEUs with the expansion attributed to enhanced operational effectivity.
