Minister of State accountable for Regional Cooperation James Kabarebe welcomed a delegation from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs led by Ambassador Sharon Bar-li, Director General of the Africa Division.
The delegation is in Rwanda for a retreat of Israel’s Deputy Ambassadors primarily based in Africa.
